Returns & Refunds policy

Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

• Damaged during transit
• Incorrect item received
• Defective product received

Return Request Period

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting photos or videos.

Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return:

• Used products
• Washed garments
• Altered items
• Products without original tags
• Final sale items

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection and approval.

The Fashion Crypt reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet eligibility criteria.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

The Fashion Crypt reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

• Inventory issues
• Payment verification problems
• Pricing errors
• Fraud prevention measures

In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.
