Exchange requests may be accepted subject to product availability.

Exchange Eligibility

• Wrong size received
• Wrong product received
• Defective item received

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

The Fashion Crypt reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after inspection.
